Family Revitalise: Apply

Our Respite Break Grants provide £350 towards a day trip, excursion, holiday or break of your choice. Grants are considered at our four annual panel hearings but emergency applications can be made outside of this time, just give us a ring.

Applicants can reapply every two years and the process can be started by either a parent/guardian or a CF team member. Our application form is available on this website by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.

The CFHF gives grants to under 18’s only. If you are over 18 you may apply for a holiday grant from the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, details are on their website.
